Privacy Notice

Reel Radar LTD ("we", "us"), trading as SurgeQue, is the data controller for personal data collected through the SurgeQue service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login credentials) — to create and run your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• What you enter (chosen niches, platforms and creator details) — to generate your trend reports and ideas. Legal basis: contract.
• Membership status (subscription status and billing period, not card details) — to give paying members access. Legal basis: contract.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, usage logs) — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to help you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run SurgeQue, including hosting, database, AI and trend-data processing providers.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open, and delete or anonymise it within 90 days of you closing it, unless we must keep certain records (for example, for tax) for longer.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@surgeque.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and strict access controls.

Cookies

We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in and make checkout work. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
