These terms are an agreement between you and Reel Radar LTD ("we", "us"), the legal entity that owns and provides the SurgeQue service, trading as SurgeQue. By creating an account or continuing to use SurgeQue, you agree to these terms.

The service

SurgeQue shows publicly available trending short-form videos from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook and uses AI to suggest content ideas, hooks, captions and hashtags for your chosen niche.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and provide accurate information. Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
• No interfering with our security — including malware, probing, scraping or overloading the service.
• No reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.
• No using AI outputs to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or misleading material, and no attempts to bypass our AI safeguards.

AI-generated content

Ideas and text are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content created by others. You are responsible for the prompts and details you enter, for checking outputs before you use them, and for making sure your videos follow each platform's rules and the law. You own the content you create using our suggestions. If you believe content shown in SurgeQue infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringers may lose access. We may filter, restrict or remove outputs, and suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Intellectual property

We own SurgeQue, including its software, design and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it during your membership. Videos shown belong to their creators and are linked for reference only.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Membership costs £4.99 per month, renews automatically each month, and includes a one-time £29.99 setup fee on your first subscription. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Service level

We work hard to keep SurgeQue running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that trend data will always be available for every platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, followers or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. When your account ends we delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.
