Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with SurgeQue, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date — this covers the setup fee and your membership payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at support@surgeque.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel your monthly membership anytime from "Manage membership" in your account. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
